Change in life style

Would like to bring in a change in the way we live. I have a plan to start keto diet.already tried once for a span of 2 weeks but had to drop it due to lack of motivation. This time really want to stick on to the diet. It is a real challenge to keep us away from the food that we like. Need to have a hell a lot of self control and should keep yourself motivated thru out. But the result that I got in those 15 days was amazing. Want to really try hard this time.
